Spring Plant Sale!
FWCC singers are in the middle of their annual spring plant sale this week. The proceeds benefit the entire organization and also give the singers an opportunity to win some great prizes for their selling effort.

Partnering with Broadview Florists and Greenhouse on Winchester Road, a variety of plants are available: annual pots, bedding and vegetable flats, perennials, hanging baskets, hibiscus tree, and geranium tree. A "purchase" is identified by a coupon that in turn is used at Broadview.

If you know a singer, please buy from him or her. The top two sellers will receive their 2012-13 tuition paid in full. If you don't know a singer and would like to participate, please call the office, 260-481-0481. For your convenience an order form and plant description are attached.

FWCC Recruiting
Know a talented young singer? FWCC will be holding auditions in May. Contact the office for more information, 260.481.0481.

"In the Spotlight"
Don Maurice, Jr., FWCC Board Member
Don Maurice, Jr. graduated from IPFW with a BS in Business Management and an MBA.  He is currently the CFO for Source One Solutions, Inc., which is a locally owned technology services company.  He is also a member of the Anthony Wayne Rotary Club.

About 20 years ago, Don was a member of the FWCC when Ty Magsig was Director and his mother was on the Board of Directors.  He also has a nephew that is currently in his first year with the Apprentice Choir.  Fast forward to now, Don still loves to sing but he only gets the chance to sing at church, in the car, or in the shower!

In Don's free time, he loves playing with his 2-year old son and his wife of five wonderful years!  He is a huge Michigan Wolverine fan, Go Blue! He also loves to listen to, and sing, Christian and Country music.

BLUE MAN TICKET WINNERS!
Congratulations to
Grace Bristol, Lyric Choir, and Kirsi Smith, Youth Chorale. They each won two tickets to attend a Blue Man Group performance in April. Thank you to the 14 singers who attended a concert and/or invited someone to attend yours!
