FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION 2024-25

The FWCC never wants financial circumstances to be a barrier to participating in the program. Therefore, we are pleased to be able to offer financial assistance to families who desire to join the FWCC. In order to serve all families as fairly as possible, the following information must be provided to the Financial Assistance Committee. Only one application per family is required. ALL information will be kept confidential.

Submit this form by June 30, 2024 or within 2 weeks of your conference or audition. All required documentation must be provided with the application in order for it to be considered.

If your family does not earn enough income to file Federal Income taxes, please submit a proof of income statement (W2, 1099's, bank statement). If you have questions, please contact the FWCC office. In order to assist as many families as possible, the FWCC does not grant the full tuition amount to any applicant. Applications are reviewed no later than July 7, 2024, and your family will be notified in writing once a decision has been made. Failure to comply with making payments in a timely manner or falsifying financial information, will result in forfeiting participation assistance funds, and full tuition will be the responsibility of the family.
