Donor Privacy Policy
Fort Wayne Children’s Choir, Inc. (“FWCC”) is an Indiana domestic nonprofit corporation which regularly fundraises, solicits and receives private funding from individuals, corporations and other entities (“Donors”).
It is the policy of FWCC to respect the privacy of its Donors and to maintain appropriate commercial safeguards toward preserving the confidentiality of nonpublic personal information of its Donors.
FWCC defines non-public information as: the name or address of a Donor and one or more of the following in relation to that Donor: (1) bank account information; (2) social security number; or (3) employer identification number (“NPI”).
FWCC will not disclose the NPI of its Donors. FWCC may, unless it receives written notice of non-disclosure from a Donor, publicly display the names of its Donors toward recognition and appreciation for their support of FWCC.
FWCC strives to maintain the technical integrity of the systems it maintains which house NPI and will employ such commercially reasonable standards as are necessary for safeguarding such information.
Donors may access information related to their NPI or their history as a Donor by contacting FWCC at lplatt@fwcchoir.org.
FWCC may regularly update this policy at its sole and absolute discretion.
