The FWCC never wants financial circumstances to be a barrier to participating in our programs. Therefore, sliding scale financial assistance is available on a first come, first served basis (as funds allow) to families that demonstrate need.
WHAT IS COVERED BY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?
Financial assistance covers either/all:
- Performing ensemble tuition for the 2026-2027 season
- Choralfest Camp Registration Fee
- Session fee(s) for Preparatory Choir
Financial Assistance does not cover:
- Uniforms
- Concert tickets
- Tours/travel/day trips
WHEN DO I NEED TO APPLY?
Applicants should complete this Financial Assistance Form before registering their singers for any FWCC programs. All applicants must submit a new financial assistance application each season. Financial assistance applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE MY APPLICATION?
- Proof of Income (First page of 1040 Tax Return Form)
- Statement of Need
- Completion of online Application Form
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION?
- Financial assistance applications are reviewed by the Financial Manager using an established rubric.
- Financial assistance notifications will be sent by email within 10 business days.
