Sara Pulse
Mrs. Sara Pulse is a native of Iowa. She has taught general music and voice within the public school systems in Iowa, Washington and Indiana (33 years) and private school in Indiana (2 years). She has also taught private vocal and piano lessons throughout her career as well as adjunct professor for Concordia St. Paul University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Sara has completed certification for 1st Steps in Music as well as Conversational Solfege and serves as Area 2 representative for IMEA.
She earned her Bachelors of Music Education from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and her Masters in Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has been a finalist for Educator of the Year while teaching within the Fort Wayne public schools.
Sharing the joy of music while interacting with people of all ages is one of the greatest blessings in her life. She and her husband, Jeff, reside in Fort Wayne. They have three grown children.
